PC Pump

All major pump parts are precision molded of tough, corrosion resistant glass-reinforced polyester or Noryl thermoplastic. These high strength plastics provide resistance* to water and salt water as well as many acids*, bases* and solvents* at temperatures as high as 200°F (93°C). "O"-rings and seals are of FKM, EPDM or buna N. Fasteners are SS inside and outside with titanium or Hastelloy C internal fasteners, shaft seal and shaft adapter available from stock for extra corrosive service. The 1 1/2" pump and 2" pump are one and the same . . . threaded 1 1/2" female and 2" male. The 3" pump has male connections. If abrasives may be entrained in the pumped liquid, an abrasion resistant wearplate is available. Metric adapters are also available. The pumps may be ordered with plastic bearing pedestal for direct drive (long-coupled) or with a cast iron pedestal for belt drive and heavy duty service. Close-coupled pumps may be driven by electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motor and gasoline engine.
