Filtration Systems

Filtration Systems by Serfilco were originally designed and introduced for the most aggressive chemistries the electroplating and surface finishing industries had to offer. Our filtration systems have gained world-wide acceptance for nearly every application where critical filtration and purification of process solutions is required. Materials of construction offer the complete range of engineering grade thermo plastics, including PVC, CPVC, PVDF, and PP. Metallic systems are available of rubber lined or unlined carbon steel, SS304, and SS316.

The types of filtration and purification technologies offered include automatic gravity, bag, disc, cartridge, fully automatic permanent media, carbon and resin. With flow rates from 60-20,000 gallons per hour there is a SERFILCO filtration system for nearly every application requiring removal of unwanted matter from a process solution.

Filtration System - out of tank

Self priming or flooded suction systems constructrd of PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF, ST or SS. Flow rates forom 200 to 21,000 gph with 3.5 to 455 s.f. of filter area.

Filtration System - in tank

Eliminate solution loss due to external piping. Compact high flow filtration systems using SERFILCO industry leading in tank vertical pumps. Polypropylene, PVC, CPVC or PVDF, flow rates to 10,000 gph, with up to 84 s.f. filter area.

The best filtration systems available for automatically maintaining crystall clear solutions, WITHOUT HAVING TO REPLACE FILTRATION MEDIA.

Fabric Filtration (Gravity)

Fully automatic disposable fabric gravity filtration system for use with processes having high sludge content. Available in epoxy coated carbon steel or 316 stainless steel. For use with process tanks from 200, to 40,000 gallons

Bag Filtration Systems

Filter Press

For dewatering wastes and municipal sludge, reclamation of solids, clarifi cation and recovery of chemicals and costly solutions. Recessed polypropylene plates with hydraulic closure. Standard models to 50 cu. ft. with larger sizes available upon request.

Purification; Carbon and Resin Systems

CARBON: All plastic systems and chambers for organics removal from rinse waters, cleaners, plating solutions and waste streams.
ION EXCHANGE: Resin systems and chambers for water purification, precious metal recovery, and heavy metal removal.

Oil Filtration and Coalescing Systems

Designed to remove contaminants from hydraulic, lubricating, turbine and screw machine oils. They can also be used for maintaining high clarity in hydraulic oils used for injection molding and die cast machines. Stationary and portable models available.
